Our mission is to create a space where you can show up as you are, feel supported, and do the work of becoming who you want to be. Through genuine connection, compassion, and care that meets you where you are, we help you navigate life’s challenges, recognize your strengths, and create meaningful change.
Because healing isn’t about having it all figured out—it’s about giving yourself the space to heal, grow, and thrive.
We promise to meet you where you are—with compassion, honesty, and without judgment. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through our doors. We’ll create space for the hard days, celebrate the progress, and support you as you better understand yourself and move toward the life you want to create.
Come as you are. We’ll meet you there.

I’m Brittany Collins, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist–Associate (LCAS-A), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II (CCTP-II). More importantly, I’m a therapist who believes you shouldn’t have to leave parts of yourself at the door when you come to therapy.
I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating the complicated, messy, and sometimes overwhelming parts of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel like a conversation—not a clinical checklist.
I have a particular passion for working with high-achieving women, professionals, and leaders who are used to performing, achieving, and being the person others depend on. You can be successful and still struggle. Sometimes you need a space where you don’t have to be “on,” have all the answers, or hold everything together.
I also specialize in trauma and personal injury, including supporting individuals following motor vehicle accidents and other unexpected or traumatic experiences. I collaborate with personal injury attorneys to provide comprehensive clinical assessments and acute therapy sessions while keeping each client’s emotional well-being at the center of the work.
I don’t believe therapy should look exactly the same for everyone. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, emotion-focused, and trauma-informed approaches to create care that fits the person sitting in front of me.
You can expect compassion, honesty, curiosity, and, when appropriate, a little humor. We’ll talk about what happened, but we’ll also talk about what’s happening now—your relationships, emotions, patterns, identity, goals, and the parts of yourself you may not always have space to explore.
Since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of helping people better understand themselves, work through difficult experiences, and create meaningful change in their lives.
You bring your lived experience. I bring my clinical expertise. Together, we figure out what moving forward looks like for you.

I’m Brihona Sanders, LCSW, LCAS-A, CCTP, and I provide thoughtful, personalized psychotherapy for individuals who are ready to feel more grounded, fulfilled, and connected to themselves.
My practice is designed for people navigating the demands of a full life—careers, relationships, family, personal expectations, and the pressure to continually keep everything moving. You may be capable, dependable, and accustomed to handling it all, yet privately feel exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself.
I specialize in supporting clients experiencing burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use concerns. With specialized training in trauma and addictions, I bring a deeper understanding of how past experiences, stress, coping patterns, and emotional demands can shape the way we move through life today.
You don’t need another place where you have to perform. You deserve a space where you can exhale.
Therapy with me is warm, private, and intentionally centered around you. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-informed care, while creating room to explore the patterns, experiences, and expectations that may be keeping you overwhelmed or disconnected.
Together, we’ll move beyond simply managing the next thing on your list. We’ll explore what it means to create a life that feels sustainable, meaningful, and aligned with who you are—not simply what is expected of you.
I believe therapy should feel personal, genuine, and free of judgment. I value authenticity, cultural humility, and creating an environment where you can show up fully, without having to minimize what you’re experiencing or explain why you need support.
You’ve learned how to accomplish, achieve, provide, and persevere.
Now, therapy can be the space where you learn how to live well, too.
Because taking care of yourself should be part of the life you’re building—not something you get around to when everything else is done.

I’m Keshia Thorne, LCSW-A, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate who provides compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. I support clients as they navigate anxiety, stress, relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, and the process of developing greater emotional balance and well-being.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, individualized, and strengths-based, recognizing that each person brings unique experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals to the therapeutic process. I work collaboratively with clients to explore the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences that may be influencing their well-being while developing practical tools for managing challenges and creating meaningful change. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood.
I strive to help clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen healthy coping skills, build confidence, and identify patterns that may be getting in the way of their goals. When appropriate, we explore how past experiences may influence present-day thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors while focusing on skills that support healing and growth. My goal is to meet clients where they are while helping them move toward greater emotional balance, resilience, and overall wellness.
I have a particular interest in adolescent mental health, wellness, and sports mental health and athlete wellness. I enjoy supporting adolescents and athletes as they navigate the emotional and social demands of school, relationships, competition, performance expectations, identity, and life transitions. For athletes, this may include exploring performance-related stress, confidence, emotional well-being, burnout, identity, and the emotional impact of setbacks or transitions. I take a whole-person approach that recognizes that mental health and wellness are influenced by relationships, environment, identity, culture, and life experiences.
I value authenticity, cultural humility, and holistic wellness and strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable showing up as their full selves. Whether you are working through a difficult season of life, navigating adolescence, managing stress, adjusting to change, or seeking greater confidence and connection with yourself, my goal is to walk alongside you as you build resilience, strengthen your well-being, and move forward with intention.
